What to Bring to Closing
When you’re ready to close the deal, make sure you have the following:
Seller's documentation
All sellers vested in the property must sign the necessary documents.
Identification
Bring your current driver’s license or any other government issued photo ID. We’ll also need your Social Security number.
Funds for Closing
Wire the required closing funds directly from your bank.
Bank Wire Instruction
If you prefer, we can wire or directly deposit your proceeds. Bring your bank’s wire instructions or a deposit slip.
Insurance cancellation
Remember to cancel your fire and hazard insurance once the transaction is officially closed and recorded.
Trust documents (if applicable):
If the property is held in a trust, provide a copy of the Certification of Trust or the trust document.
Divorce decree (if applicable
In case of divorce, we will need a copy of the divorce decree.
Power of Attorney (if applicable)
Let us know in advance the power of attorney will be used.
Keys to the Property
Don’t forget to bring the keys to the property being sold.

Your closing appointment typically takes about 30 minutes. During this time, we will:
